Brand new Lift shaft addition to the exterior of an existing Apartment building, linking the garage and studio to the main living and entertaining level.
New lift shaft structure and extension of existing roof framing and tiling to suit all the existing features to one of the first built row of townhouses in Sydney now recognised on the heritage list.
All fixtures and finishes were to be consistent to the original Building.
