The primary goal was to focus on space and light. The design ensured that we maximised space, infused brightness, and created an open, airy atmosphere.

The kitchen was modernised by re-configuring the island, cleverly incorporating a mirror to create a sense of spaciousness.
The entire space was revitalised with fresh painting throughout, ushering in a new, vibrant ambience.
The use of hybrid flooring, boasting self-insulation and waterproof properties, it was chosen for its durability which is ideal for rental properties.

Murphy bed in the second bedroom provided a space-saving solution by optimising space and functionality.
The original movable walls were retained but converted into louvres in the bedroom, allowing for privacy while still welcoming ample natural light.
New sheer curtains with blockout features were introduced, offering both style and light control.
